Art Retreat – Tuesday 9th – Thursday 11th July

Landscape Photography Retreat – September Dates to be Confirmed

Set within the stunning Lincolnshire landscape of Willingham-by-Stow, you can choose to stay in a beautiful Stargazer Bell Tent, a quirky and cosy Witch Hut glamping pod or you can bring your own caravan or motorhome and stay on our caravan site. With beautiful countryside views to enjoy, the sounds of nature around you, luxury 5* hotel style bathrooms and incredible homemade food, all interspersed with high quality sessions, run by experienced people in their field, in which you will learn skills that will last you a lifetime. An Ashleigh Farm Retreat is just what you need in order to get away from the busyness of life and truly wind down.

Our glamping tents and pods are beautifully furnished with comfy beds, superbly comfy bedding, cushions, throws and towels. It is a truly home-from-home experience and you will be made to feel relaxed and special as soon as you arrive. Our beautiful bell tents sleep a maximum of three people with a double bed and an optional single bed. They are furnished with a storage cabinet, bedside tables, comfy rattan chairs, a coffee table and a log burning stove. Our quirky and cosy Witch Hut glamping pods sleep a maximum of four people, with a double bed and two single beds and have various storage units. Outside the Bell Tents and Witch Huts you will find comfy seating, a firepit with BBQ grill and a camping kitchen.

All accommodation is packed with everything you could possibly need including crockery, cutlery, glasses, cards and games and you will be greeted with a welcome basket containing homemade goodies and all of the essentials you’ll need for a two-night stay.

Whichever retreat you choose, it is for you to do with as you wish. You can take part in as much, or as little, as you wish. But, whatever you do, you will be completely immersed in nature where you can feel a connection to nature just by being still and present. Should you wish to, in the afternoon of day two, you can also enjoy a guided walk where you will see mile after mile of beautiful Lincolnshire countryside. Plus, you will be able to enjoy incredible homemade food throughout each day.

Ashleigh Farm Caravan and Glamping is a very special place. We (Caroline & Dave) will give you the warmest welcome and look after your every need during your stay. As well as looking after you, we are genuinely committed to looking after the environment around us, meaning that we have implemented green practices wherever we can to help sustain and encourage nature in the surrounding area, including ensuring dark skies for you to be able to enjoy stargazing around your firepit each evening while you listen to the owls and other wildlife coming to life.

Please take note:

  • Glamping units will be bookable exclusively for people attending the retreat or people staying with those that book on the retreat.
  • Additional adults, who are not taking part in the retreat but who are staying in glamping units with those that are, are asked to be mindful of the privacy of others when yoga and meditation activities are taking place. There are a variety of lovely places to visit locally, including wildlife parks, shopping areas, antiques centres, fishing etc. We are happy to advise according to specific interests.
  • Additional adults, not taking part in the retreat, may be able to order/take part in some meal options during the retreat. Please speak to us about this to discuss prices.
  • Ashleigh Farm Retreats are not suitable for children under 16 as they are aimed at providing an opportunity to ‘get away from it all’. However, we do understand that you may have other activities planned, you may wish to stay for longer to spend time together as a family etc. Therefore, if you wish for a child under 16 to stay as part of a family group please discuss this with us directly.
  • As you are able to book the retreat separate to the accommodation, you can attend as an individual or share with others that you know.
  • One Witch Hut glamping pod can used for up to three people (as there are three separate beds) who are not attending together that are happy to share accommodation in order to reduce costs. Please discuss upon booking.

Fitness Yoga & Meditation Retreat

Our Fitness Yoga sessions will be run by the fantastic Lucy Rutt. She is a local lady who has worked in the fitness industry for eight years. She is qualified in Freestyle Fitness Yoga and in Fitness Pilates. She is also a certified personal trainer and fitness instructor who specialises in designing fitness classes and one-to-one programmes for everyone in all walks of life and of all fitness abilities. She is deeply passionate about helping people get fit and stay motivated through their fitness journey and we are so excited to have her working with us at Ashleigh Farm.

Muriel Russell will be facilitating the guided meditation sessions. She is a trained and qualified Reflexologist and has been using guided meditation as part of her Reflexology sessions for the past 10 years. The evening guided meditation session, weather permitting, will be outside, around the firepit and under the stars and will help you wind down ready for a good night sleep. The morning session should prepare you for the day ahead by bringing you into greater awareness and helping you to set your intentions for the day. Should you wish to relax even more, Muriel will be offering individual Reflexology sessions throughout day two of the retreat. These will be charged at £40 per session and should be booked in advance.
