Since opening our little site and baking bread for our many visitors, the one comment I hear more than any other is...
"I wish I knew how to bake bread. It's something I've never had the chance to learn to do."
Well, now is your chance! What better way to spend a day of your restful holiday learning this amazing skill? Then, at the end of your day, you can go back to your caravan, belle tent or witches house and fill them with the beautiful aroma of freshly made bread as well as having oodles to eat for the remainder of your stay.
There are two options for breadmaking lessons. The basic course, which is 4 hours long, in which you will learn to bake two different types of breads, for example, White Farmhouse and French Baguettes. The more advanced course lasts 6 hours in which you will learn to bake a White Farmhouse loaf, Wholemeal or Seeded loaf, French Baguettes, and Fresh Herb Focaccia bread.
All courses start with tea/coffee and biscuits and then further refreshments throughout the day. Either course will also include a light lunch of homemade soup and freshly baked bread or an afternoon tea, dependent on which you book (see prices below).
